model was produced for the purpose of being able to carry out a cost analysis
and calculate the energy
that is necessary to maintain the property
in the form of heating, ventilation, lighting and hot water
(this excludes personal consumption).

The
figures are modelled around a 2-bedroom detached house with a footprint
of 9.3m x 5.3m offering approximately 77m² of habitable space and
having only mains-connected electricity and water supply (no gas).
